The Department of Institutional Relations engages in the following areas of activity:

• Institutional development of Casa Sefarad-Israel: calling, organising and supporting the institutional bodies established in the bylaws of the organisation: Governing Council, Institutional Council, Advisory Council and Board of Trustees; the
  
• Relations with the Public Administration: coordinating Casa Sefarad-Israel's relations with public bodies, including those forming part of the Consortium and others, as well as with the different Spanish embassies.
  
• Relations with Jewish institutions: fostering relations with Jewsish institutions both within Spain and internationally.
  
• Coordinaiton and horizontal services: providing assistance to other departments within CSI to coordinate and strengthen their institutional contacts.
